Steroids for bodybuilding, drug abuse, bad lifestyle finally takes a toll. At the end no one is a superman.
The bollywood and hollywood industry is full of such actors who abuse steroids for a good physique. Be it hrithik roshan, john abraham, tiger shroff and so on.
However they dont realise its effects on the liver, lipid profile, sugars. Their cardio metabolic profile is further compounded by alcohol, smoking , drug abuse, erratic schedules. All of it finally predisposes to acute coronary syndrome and finally death.
Youngsters from the digital generation need to understand that all they see on television and movies is fake and augmented. They should not look upon these actors as role models. They should not fall prey to drugs, smoking, steroids just to look like these actors.
Also important is to get a cardio metabolic profile for all population above 35 yrs of age. This will help to address cardiac issues early and prevent death.
