The bollywood and hollywood industry is full of such actors who abuse steroids for a good physique. Be it hrithik roshan, john abraham, tiger shroff and so on. However they dont realise its effects on the liver, lipid profile, sugars. Their cardio metabolic profile is further compounded by alcohol, smoking , drug abuse, erratic schedules. All of it finally predisposes to acute coronary syndrome and finally death. Youngsters from the digital generation need to understand that all they see on television and movies is fake and augmented. They should not look upon these actors as role models. They should not fall prey to drugs, smoking, steroids just to look like these actors.
