How Does HIV Spread?
HIV is transmitted through contact with certain body fluids of an infected person, including:
-Unprotected sexual contact
-Sharing contaminated needles or syringes
-Transfusion of infected blood or blood products
-From mother to child during pregnancy, childbirth, or breastfeeding
