I wanted to share our experience using Inj Tocilizumab for critically ill covid 19 patients. We have used it in 20 critically ill patients with co-morbidities like diabetes, hypertension, IHD and have had excellent results. 18 of these 20 patients survived and had a shorter recovery as compared to others. We had only 2 casualties in this group. The results are very encouraging. The medicine cost is around 62000 inr for 2 doses.Post corona season we shall be publishing our results in medical journals.
