Heart attack is a very common heart condition we seen in day to day life. It can present with chest pain on left side or middle of chest that radiates to left arm. Some patients describe it as a pressure on chest which increases on walking. Severe heart attack can lead to breathlessness and leg swelling too. Very commonly patients confuse it for acidity.
It is very important to take chest pain very seriously. ECG, trop T test, coronary angiography help to confirm the diagnosis.
