Dear all, I wish to update you about the clinical status of the two dual infection patients with covid 19 +h1n1 flu. Both completed 10 days home isolation along with favipiravir and supportive medicines. Their fever and cough subsided after 3 days. Oxygen saturation was above 95% on room air all through. No steroids and no blood thinners given. CRP values have now normalised. Patients are now happy that they could survive dual infection without any hospitalization.
